When I, Montrose Wilson got nominated and accepted to be come an Envirokid I was surprised to hear that I was chosen from out of alot of people to be one of these 20 people. One thing I am excited about is not just one but everything that we are doing in the Envirokids.

Today we had to research about specific topics in groups of three or two. the group I was in involved Josh Olsen and Manuel Stevens. We had to research bugs and diseases it was fun.

Today is the day where we are painting the plant beds but because i wasn't at school in the last two weeks i was selected to join Sonya, Daisy and Amy to paint the whole schools hands so we could have a special plant bed with random hand prints. It was kinda fun because I got to paint some of my friends hands and HEAPS of little kids hands too.

Today we walked around the lake and it was fun. it took 2 hours.

This term we have put the beds in place as well as apply soil to them while others went to hamilton to get stuff. Today we sowed seeds in some plastic thingys and it was fun. First we had to put the seeds into groups in our book under columns labeled Pizza Bed, Salad bed, Stirfry bed and other bed.
